Model
Rocketry and Aviation Club
Ethan Allen and
Francisco Morales
The Model
Rocketry and Aviation is a club where members build models of planes and rockets in order to earn their rocket badge and aviation
wings. It's very simple for you to earn them. All you need to do is after you are finished building your models, you must
write a short, one page essay (double space if you want) about your model. For your badge you have to launch your rocket,
and a select few of the cadets will go later on in the year to an elementry school to teach the kids there about rockets.
At the end of the program you must pass a test that covers everything that will be in a study guide given to you. If you are
interested in earning your badge and wings, please get a hold of Ethan Allen for the rocketry, and Francisco
Morales for aviation. It's ten dollars to join, five for each club. It will cover the cost of your two models and rocket.
The time of the meetings will be posted in your classroom and in the new and announcements section of this website.
