The goals of AFJROTC: To instill in high school cadets the values of citizenship, service to
the United States, personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.
The objectives of AFJROTC: An appreciation for the basic elements of national security, respect
for and need for constituted authority in a democratic society, patriotism and understanding of a personal obligation toward
national security, habits of orderliness and precision, a high degree of personal knowledge of, and an appreciation for the
traditions of the Air Force, awareness of career opportunities available through the United States Air Force.
