National Awards
The Semper Fidelis Award is presented to a first year cadet by the Marine Corps League
Auxiliary of San Antonio. Since the meaning of Semper Fidelis is "Always Faithful," the cadet selected for this award should
exemplify this quality. Awarded to:

The Tuskegee Airman Award is presented annually to a freshman and a sophomore
cadet. It is given to recognize superior participation in community projects. The Tuskegee Airman demonstrated that hard work
and dedication were key elements to reach success. This award is in tribute to their inspiration. Awarded to:

The General William Simpson Award is presented annually by the Military
Order of the World Wars to the outstanding Noncommissioned Officer in the school's Junior ROTC program. Awarded to:

The Air Force Sergeants Association Achievement Award is presented annually
to an exceptionally fine cadet in the top 25% of the AFJROTC class who demonstrates qualities of leadership, discipline and
citizenship. Awarded to:

The Military Order of the Purple Heart Leadership Award is presented
annually to a qualified cadet who possesses the qualities of dependability, good character, military discipline, and leadership
potential. Awarded to:
Cadet Marty Sanchez

The Scottish Rite Award is presented annually to a AS-III cadet who has
contributed most to encourage Americanism by participation in community projects. This cadet must demonstrate the qualities
of dependability, good charcter, self discipline, good citizenship and patriotism. Awarded to:

The Sons of the American Revolution Award is presented annually to a
first year cadet who has exhibited the highest degree of leadership qualities, military bearing, and all-around military excellence.

The National Sojourners Award is presented annually to recognize an outstanding
second year cadet who contributed the most to encouraging Americanism in the cadet corps and around the campus. Awarded to:

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Award - the recipients of these four awards,
one for each cadet year group, must be actively engaged in the AFJROTC program and must posses true qualities of leadership.
Each cadet must have demonstrated patriotism and love of country. Awarded to:

The Military Officers Association of America is presented annually to
an outstanding fourth year cadet who shows exceptional potential for military leadership. The recipient must be in good academic
standing and of high moral character. Awarded to:

The Military Order of the World Wars Medal is presented to an Aerospace
Science first year cadet who has excelled both militarily and scholastically. The cadet must be committed to continuing JROTC
next year. Awarded to:

The Reserve Officers Association Medal is presented annually to an outstanding
third year cadet who possesses a positive attitude toward AFJROTC, an excellent personal apperance, and personal self-confidence.

The American Veterans Award is presented annually to a qualified cadet
possessing a positive attitude toward the AFJROTC program, a high standard of personal apperance, and the attributes of dependability
and seld-confidence. Awarded to:

The Daughters of the American Revolution Award is presented annually
to a fourth year cadet who is in the top 25% of the class and possesses the qualities of dependability, good charcter, and
